In order to provide accurate and timely service, Excel Orthodontics is requiring all new patients and prescriptions to be submitted through our portal on our website as of June 1, 2019. Scans will be accepted and printed only after a prescription has been sent in physically or created digitally through our web portal.
We are pleased to continue accepting scans through the various scanner portals that you use, however we will no longer be checking those sites for new patients and prescriptions. We will monitor the various scanner portals for a short period to ensure a smooth transition of current cases.
This policy is being implemented to provide consistent products and services and maintain accurate patient data.
